Complessita Series

These small, delicate pieces were created in response to the larger hanging series of work for my thesis exhibition.  The intimacy of making them was profound and required my constant attention and tender handling. The pieces are made from plaster and paper and are suspended from the ceiling with filament. Their physical and visual lightness provided an interesting counter balance to the pieces in the hanging series.
